Dear Sharon,

Thank you for your warm comment. In the coastal suffered municipalities, the difference in reconstruction process becomes an issue. In small towns like Onagawa, their local governments are always short in human resource.

Of course big cities like Ishinomaki or Kesennuma have another difficulty in the big amount (ex. more than 100 temporal housing units) and complicated conditions for relocation.

In anyway, we appreciate your special interest in this small town.
