Thank you Yoko san Thank you for your answer, I fully understand what you mean by the NGOs as I too come from a developing country(kenya), so it makes complete sense. Atleast the NGOs are also trying to make efforts to collect resources from other countries and help out. I shall definately take a look at the websites that you have mentioned
